Key responsibilities:



  • Partner with senior business stakeholders for understanding business goals and requirements and create roadmap for HR Interventions, in line with business strategy
  • Curate & Drive customized solutions and programs aligned to business and HR objectives
  • Collaborating with business heads on Overall Org Structure & Talent Strategy
  • Lead, conceptualize and implement HR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR best practices on various HR aspects like talent management, performance management, employee engagement, Retention, leadership Development & recognition
  • Managing end to end lifecycle processes incl. onboarding, Structured Connects, performance appraisals, R&Rs, Exits, retention, employee grievances and queries
  • Guide team and managers issues related to compliance, performance, behavior of the employees and provide support to HODs and Managers
  • Design, develop, and manage HR dashboards to monitor key HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Drive the use of data and analytics in HR to improve employee experience, engagement, and retention
  • Conduct structured employee connects through FGDs and One on One connects
  • Strong process compliance on Onboarding, Feedback mechanism, HR processes and Exit/Grievance handling
  • Conduct townhalls, employee engagement activities, employee surveys and connects
