About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management System (WMS) Specialist to join our Supply Chain Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in WMS configuration, implementation, and integration.This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient WMS solutions while providing production support, issue resolution, and process optimization.Job DescriptionConfigure, customize, and implement WMS modules covering Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes.Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into configurations, and ensure timely delivery.Provide L2/L3 support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ticket management.Work on WMS integrations with third-party systems such as WCS (Warehouse Control Systems).Perform system testing, regression testing, and UAT for enhancements and production releases.Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for all implemented changes.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end ownership of WMS configuration and support activities.Analyze business requirements and align system functionality accordingly.Coordinate with technical teams for integration and system enhancements.Ensure process adherence and maintain data consistency across systems.Qualifications & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.4–6 years of hands-on experience in WMS configuration and implementation.Strong understanding of Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain processes.Knowledge of SQL and debugging tools for data validation and issue analysis.Additional RequirementsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA.Experience with integration testing frameworks.
