Role: Site Reliability EngineerLocation: Bangalore (WFO)About the role: We are seeking an experienced professional Site Reliability Engineer who acts as a bridge between development and IT operations, taking operational tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of Service platforms. They are responsible for monitoring, automating, and improving the reliability, performance, and availability of platforms.What you'll be Responsible for?Application/production SREIn dept knowledge on Kubernetes, Docker, Redis and Rabbit MQ.Basic Shell or python scriptingDeployment of application in Kubernetes or DockerTroubleshooting application issues and responsible to raise cases to L3.Preferred CPaas domain knowledge with WhatsApp or RCS flows.Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.System Resiliency & High AvailabilityService Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Automating Routine TasksWhat You'd have?Qualification should be B.E/B.
