Take ownership of your success and be part of a team that invests in your growth.Your Key Responsibilities:Create compelling visual communications for YouTube using Photoshop and photo manipulation skills.Finding and generating accurate assets for visuals using thorough research or AI image generation tools.Developing variants and A/B testing to understand which style creates the most impact.Taking full ownership of the Click-Through Rate (CTR) for our YouTube channels, with a clear goal of improving it.Staying up-to-date with new design and thumbnail trends, as well as competitor strategies on YouTube.Effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of all visuals.
