Walk-In-Interview - KochiJava Developers (Jr / Sr / Lead)Location:KochiJob Type:Full-Time | On-siteExperience:Junior Developer: 2–4 yearsSenior Developer: 5–8 yearsTech Lead (Java): 9+ yearsAbout the RoleWe're looking forskilled and passionate Java professionalsto join our growing technology team in Kochi.You'll be developing and maintaining scalable web applications using Java-based backend frameworks while working closely with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java and SQL.Build and optimize RESTful APIs for high performance and scalability.Collaborate with front-end teams for seamless integration and user experience.Design efficient database schemas and queries.Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning .Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system improvements.Follow best practices in coding, security, and data management.Work with QA & DevOps on deployment and CI/CD pipelines .Technical Skills RequiredMust Have:Strong experience in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA)Solid knowledge of SQL and database design (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MS SQL)Experience with RESTful APIsFamiliarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular/React (preferred)Working knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle , and Agile practicesStrong understanding of OOP and data structuresGood to Have:Exposure to Microservices , AWS / Azure , or Docker / KubernetesExperience with JUnit / Mockito testing frameworksUnderstanding of security principles and performance optimizationBasic familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)Experience & Education2–12 years of experience in Java developmentBachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or Information Technology
