Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned investment analyst to join our team. As a senior investment analyst, you will be responsible for the production and review of accurate customized investment risk & attribution reports.This role requires relocation to Malaysia and involves working with various financial products, including performance analytics. You will be responsible for calculation & reporting of daily exposure for trading reporting of various funds and asset classes.You will also be responsible for preparing returns, attribution/contribution analysis, risk characteristics report of multi-asset (derivatives, equity, fixed income) multi-manager funds.Your duties will include identifying, highlighting and rectifying anomalies in attribution, risk numbers and providing proper justification.You will communicate with other business areas necessary to improve accuracy and reliability of risk reporting.You will work with data providers, colleagues and clients on issues relating to the quality and timeliness of data and the content of reports.About UsWe are a leading organization in the finance industry, committed to excellence and innovation. We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment that fosters growth and development.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction and review of accurate customized investment risk & attribution reportsCalculation & reporting of daily exposure for trading reporting of various funds and asset classesPreparing returns, attribution/contribution analysis, risk characteristics report of multi-asset (derivatives, equity, fixed income) multi-manager fundsIdentifying, highlighting and rectifying anomalies in attribution, risk numbers and providing proper justificationCommunication with other business areas necessary to improve accuracy and reliability of risk reportingWork with data providers, colleagues and clients on issues relating to the quality and timeliness of data and the content of reportsRequirementsIn-depth knowledge and understanding of EQ, FI and multi-asset class portfolio risk & attribution reportingProduct knowledge of derivatives (e.g. bond forward/ equity index option/ IRS/ CCS etc) and Fixed IncomeKnowledge on Collateral/Liquidity management – e.g. Liquidity at risk (LAR), Collateral RatiosProficiency in Bloomberg, Eagle IBOR, MSTR and Microsoft Office applications particularly advanced Excel skillsStrong knowledge and exposure to financial markets and various financial products (including performance analytics)Intermediate working experience of databases, systems design and proficiency in using VBA Macros, SQL for managing large volumes of data & Performance ReportsStrong Presentation, verbal and written communication skillsDegree or equivalent in a Finance, Technical, Mathematical Discipline (FRM, CIPM, CFA would be an added advantage)
