Role OverviewThe Head of HR Services Center and People Analytics leads efficient, compliant, and data-driven HR service delivery across the organization.This role combines operational excellence in HR administration and payroll with strategic leadership in people data, analytics, and process transformation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end management of HR administration and payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.Design, implement, and continuously improve HR service delivery processes, focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation.Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance across all HR administrative and payroll activities.People Data, Reporting, and Analytics:Define and maintain people data standards and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.Develop and implement dashboards and standardized reports that provide actionable insights for HR and business decision-makers.Deliver ad-hoc analyses and support data-driven strategic planning initiatives.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 7 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in HR operations, analytics, and change management.Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.Ambitious professionals with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and employee engagement will be considered for this position.
