Job Title: Senior Executive – ComplianceLocation: BangaloreDepartment: Legal & ComplianceEmployment Type: Full-timeRole Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Compliance to ensure smooth execution of statutory and business-critical compliance activities, including licensing, regulatory filings, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves close interaction with internal teams and government authorities to ensure seamless compliance operations.Key Responsibilities: Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Handle online applications and renewals for FSSAI and other business licenses.Ensure regular calibration and maintenance of weighing machines across business sites. Documentation & Record Management:Maintain accurate and structured records for licenses, legal notices, contracts, and statutory registers in both physical and digital formats.Ensure version control and easy retrieval of records. Tracker & MIS Management:Maintain trackers for agreements, litigation, licenses, and compliance deliverables.Prepare and update MIS reports related to labour and business laws. Liaisoning & Coordination:Liaise with government authorities (Labour Office, FSSAI, etc.) for licensing, inspections, returns, and handling notices.Coordinate with internal departments to support audits, due diligence, and documentation workflows. Support to Legal & Business Teams:Manage execution workflows including stamping, scanning, and document sign-offs.Assist in preparation of presentations and compliance reports for leadership review.Required Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Familiarity with regulatory filings, FSSAI licensing, and basic legal documentation.Ability to manage multiple compliance activities within defined timelines.
