Intersted can apply- https://forms.gle/Hbn1Sk5CNd4nT6MA8Key Responsibilities -• Creative Conceptualization & Campaign ExecutionDevelop original visual concepts and direct the creative output across branding, marketing, event, anddigital campaigns ensuring consistency and quality across media.• Design Strategy AlignmentTranslate brand stories into visually engaging design languages that align with both client objectives andtarget audience sensibilities—spanning ATL, BTL, digital, MICE, and experiential formats.• Team Leadership & MentorshipLead, guide, and review the work of design team members; provide constructive feedback and ensure on-brand, on-brief, and timely delivery of design assets.• Event & Experience DesignDesign creative visual assets for conferences, activations, exhibitions, and internal branding that resonateemotionally and elevate the physical experience of spaces and events.• Cross-functional CollaborationPartner closely with copywriters, programmers, production teams, and client leads to translate conceptsinto integrated campaigns with seamless narrative flow.• Brand Custodianship & Internal CommunicationEnsure brand identity is consistently maintained through all deliverables and internal touchpoints,including NeoNiche's own communications and creative culture.• Trend Forecasting & Visual InnovationStay ahead of design and cultural trends to proactively evolve NeoNiche's creative output; exploreinnovative visual styles, formats, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives to every campaign.Required Qualifications & Experience -• Degree in Applied Arts, CommunicationDesign, Fine Arts, or equivalent from a reputeddesign school.• 8–10 years of experience in graphic designwithin the event, media, advertising, or creativeindustry.• Proven expertise in event design, brandactivation, and integrated campaign design(both print & digital).• Hands-on experience with Adobe CreativeSuite, CorelDRAW, typography, and layoutdesign.
