Data Scientist RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for running end-to-end initiatives, analyzing and interpreting findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations, and performing pre-sales activities.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have commercial experience with classical data science and machine learning models, familiarity with customer analytics concepts, model hyperparameter tuning, model validation frameworks, and business requirements gathering.Familiarity with Python programming language, basic working knowledge of SQL, and knowledge of specific DS/ML libraries are required.Responsibilities:Running end-to-end initiatives (Business understanding, Data understanding/preparation, Modeling, Evaluation and Deployment)Analyzing and interpreting the findingsDrawing conclusions and recommendations- including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processesPre-sales activities (at senior consultant level)What We're Looking For:Commercial experience with various classical data science and Machine Learning (ML) models (e.g. decision trees, ensemble-based tree models, linear regression etc.)Familiarity with customer analytics DS concepts or advanced forecastingModel hyperparameter tuningModel validation frameworksExperience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plan, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluationBenefits of Working with Us:Panoramic view of entire organization with opportunities for growth and professional developmentOngoing training and education programs in emerging technologiesPlease note: Only qualified candidates will be contacted for further discussions.
