The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and driving continuous improvement in Vendor performance. This role will support strategic sourcing initiatives, contract management, risk mitigation, and vendor performance tracking across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Vendor Onboarding & Qualification: Evaluate and onboard vendors in compliance with company policies, including conducting due diligence and risk assessmentsPerformance Monitoring:Track and analyze supplier KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and coordinate corrective actions as neededCompliance & Risk Management:Ensure vendors adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, company standards, and sustainability or ESG goalsProcurement Support:Collaborate with the wider Procurement team on strategic procurement initiatives, RFPs/RFQs, and cost-saving opportunitiesProcess Improvement:Continuously improve vendor management processes, systems, and tools to enhance procurement efficiency and value deliveryProcurement metrics and dashboardsMaintain Internal and external metric reporting got ensure the right behaviours are in place and can inform performance management accordingly Expected Metrics to be managed Stakeholder SatisfactionRisk & ComplianceVendor Lifecycle & Process EfficiencyCost and Savings Vendor Performance Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)An understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance metrics, desirableExcellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple vendor/stakeholder relationships simultaneouslyCertification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS), is desirable or willing to learnTechnology skill requirements, desirable Advanced Excel skills Previous experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards Previous experience with One Trust and Air Table Soft skill requirementsAble to self manage time and prioritiesData driven, ability to work with data and analytics and derive patterns and forecastsDemonstrated building relationships Previous experience with One Trust and Air Table #LI-Hybrid AI usage for your applicationWe are an innovative organisation that encourages the use of technology.
