Our journey began with a passion for innovation and a desire to streamline the design process.Our StoryWe help teams generate 2D concepts, 3D models, and presentations, which enable greater creativity in the front end of the design process.We provide insights related to estimation, manufacturing, and value engineering, which help save time and cost in the back end of the design process.Role DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesVisual storytelling: Translate ideas into visuals that move people.Brand expression: Define how we look and feel through typography, graphics, motion, and tone.Creative campaigns: Design micro-campaigns that capture what's new and why it matters.Navigating ambiguity: Break down complicated processes, identify core problems, and have a plan for how to proceed.End-to-end design: Design new features from scratch and improve existing ones.Flow + interaction details: Create seamless user experiences by transitioning between big picture and smallest details.What We're Looking ForCollaborative: Team player who gets feedback and shares feedback.Organized: Sticky notes, calendars, to-do lists - whatever works best for you.Fast & scrappy: Quick iteration and sharing rough work along the way.Growth mindset: Do whatever it takes to get things done.Customer-obsessed: Great listener who can feel pain and share stories.BenefitsThis is a remote role.
