Position: P&ID Solutions Engineer Location: Remote (Anywhere in India) Experience: 3–7 years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Process, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience) Fixed CTC: $500 – $1200 USD per month Working Days: Monday to Friday (8–9 hours/day, flexible timing with evening overlap for U.S. collaboration)⸻ About the RoleAs a P&ID Solutions Engineer, you'll apply your engineering knowledge to interpret and analyze complex Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and transform them into structured digital data using proprietary tools.You'll collaborate with a global team of engineers to digitize highly complex process systems — helping clients make smarter, faster operational decisionsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth U.S. startup expanding operations in Asia, deepen your technical expertise, and help shape the future of industrial data transformation⸻ Key Responsibilities• Interpret and digitize complex P&IDs into accurate structured data.• Execute diagram-solving tasks using established workflows.• Identify and escalate solving issues when necessary.• Collaborate globally to maintain consistency and quality in data transformation.• Document technical information clearly and concisely⸻ Required Skills• Engineering degree in Process, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.• 2–3 years of experience interpreting P&IDs and process flow diagrams.• Strong understanding of process flow, instrumentation, and industrial systems (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Manufacturing, etc.).• Attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills⸻ Preferred Skills• Understanding of data structures and database-driven applications.• Familiarity with P&ID digitization or industrial process modeling tools.• Experience in global/cross-cultural engineering environments.• Exposure to Digital Twin and Industrial Data Integration concepts⸻ Benefits• Fully remote role – work from anywhere in India• Flexible working hours with U.S. team collaboration.• Paid Indian public holidays.• Unlimited paid time off (after first 3 months)⸻ Interested?
