About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Vlocity Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in Salesforce Vlocity and a passion for building scalable, high-performance solutions in a remote work environment. As part of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Vlocity Development: Design, develop, and implement Vlocity solutions on Salesforce platform.
Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce and Vlocity applications based on business requirements.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce and Vlocity with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
Development Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and Salesforce development guidelines.
Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions.
Documentation: Provide clear documentation for code, configurations, and technical processes.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Vlocity features, enhancements, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Vlocity (now Salesforce Industries).
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Vlocity tools, including Vlocity Omnichannel, Vlocity DataRaptor, Vlocity Integration Procedures, and Vlocity Card/OmniScript.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce platform development.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs (REST/SOAP).
Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
Experience in Agile methodologies, and version control tools like Git.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Vlocity Certified Developer (preferred).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Immediate Availability: Must be available to join immediately or within 1-2 weeks.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
