Job Title: Data Science SpecialistThe Data Science team leverages AI and machine learning to transform skill assessment, career development, and talent management. We build intelligent solutions that empower individuals and organizations to bridge the skills gap.Data Analysis & Interpretation – Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and recommendations.Machine Learning Model Development – Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for skill prediction, personalized learning recommendations, and intelligent matchmaking.Clustering and Segmentation – Apply clustering techniques to segment users based on skills, career goals, and learning preferences.Embedding and Similarity Analysis – Create and utilize embeddings to measure similarity between skills, jobs, and learning resources.Statistical Modeling and Analysis – Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, test hypotheses, and validate model performance.Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering – Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and modeling.Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and communicate results.Model Training and Evaluation – Train machine learning models using large datasets, and evaluate their performance using appropriate metrics.Key Requirements:3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.Strong programming skills in Python, including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing environments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
