We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP EWM Consultant for an exciting 6-month freelance contract. This fully remote role requires English fluency and offers the potential for long-term extensions.


Job Description

As an SAP ABAP EWM Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business requirements and industry standards. Your expertise will drive innovation, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration across systems.


Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Translate product strategies and requirements into robust, maintainable SAP EWM solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture guidelines.
  • Business Value Alignment: Maintain a focus on delivering solutions that align with desired business outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Recommend and experiment with alternative designs to enhance performance, security, and integration.
  • High-Quality Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of efficient, reliable solutions with a focus on code quality and maintainability.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM advancements and technologies.
  • Documentation & Enhancement: Create clear technical documentation and improve existing applications by adding features and enhancing performance.


Skills & Expertise

  • ABAP Development: 3+ years of experience, specializing in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
  • EWM Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of RF framework and hands-on RF development.
  • Proficiency in PPF (Post Processing Framework) and monitor framework.
  • Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS): Advanced skills, including service provider class frameworks.
  • Integration Skills: Experience with SAP UI5, IDocs, web services, and ABAP proxies.
  • Troubleshooting & Tuning: Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
  • Warehouse Process Knowledge: Basic understanding of core warehouse processes and their technical implications.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: A strong focus on leveraging innovative approaches and driving continuous improvement in SAP EWM.
