You’ll handle fleet acquisition & retention, support cross-functional teams (GTM, marketing, legal), and lead driver engagement initiatives.What you will do:Build & maintain healthy supply in citiesCarry out Csat/Psat activities, driver research & survey activitiesSupport cross functional teams - GTM, marketing, legal, GR teamsManage large fleets for acquisitions & retentionsConduct market share analysis & create plans to improve our footprints in the market Search, hire & retain offline & online recruitersBuild relationships with local authorities for effective supply mgmnt.Build GTM strategies to on-board new and active driversTake ownership of different new projects & initiatives to drive brand name in the marketIdentify supply gaps within different areas and establish new channels of acquisitionExtensive travel to different cities within country to manage on-ground operationsWhat we expect from you:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast paced environment Leadership skill set is a must with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities/regionGrittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-onYou are a Go-getter with the ability to solve & handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and qualitative skills with the ability to use data for solving large scale operational challengesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong understanding of supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environmentStartup experience is a mustWorking terms:Hybrid work scheduleUnlimited opportunities for professional and career growth, regular external and internal training from our partnersThe opportunity to become part of an international team of professionals who create one of the greatest success stories in the global IT industryInitial trainingProbation period up to 3 monthsWe offer you all the conditions for professional and personal growth with a rapidly growing tech company.
