🚨We’re Hiring: E-commerce Associate 

📍Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (On-site)

Born as a direct-to-consumer brand, we craft premium, super-soft, and personality-packed clothing that kids love to wear and parents trust. Our mission? To make everyday dressing fun, functional, and fabulous without compromising on comfort or quality. We’re growing fast and looking for a Marketing Associate to help manage and scale our presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and more. 


🔍Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and optimize paid ads across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
  • Monitor ad performance and implement timely improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Scale campaigns based on data insights and seasonal trends.
  • Coordinate with marketplace teams to activate ads, promotions, and visibility initiatives.
  • Drive growth through seasonal campaigns and platform-specific strategies.
  • Plan pricing, discounts, and promotions to increase conversions.
  • Ensure accurate, optimized, and SEO-friendly product listings.
  • Track inventory and coordinate with operations to avoid stock issues.
  • Align ad plans with stock availability to prevent budget waste.
  • Create and share performance reports with clear action points.
  • Present insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with platform partners.
  • Follow up regularly to unlock growth opportunities.

  • Interest in learning and executing paid ads (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-based decision making
  • Business acumen and understanding of D2C/marketplace dynamics
  • CatLog, listing, and pricing hygiene basics
  • Promo management and inventory coordination
  • Problem-solving under platform constraints
  • Confidence in communication and relationship management
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Follow-up discipline and persistence
  • Execution-first mindset with accountability
