Experienced Recruiter Wanted for Skilled TradesWe are seeking a highly experienced recruiter to source and hire skilled professionals in various trades such as technicians, engineers, operators, drivers, car washers, and other skilled roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with US clients/account managers to understand job requirements, sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases, screening candidates via calls to assess experience, skills, and availability, negotiating compensation, relocation, and start dates with candidates, maintaining and updating ATS/recruitment trackers regularly, ensuring timely submission of profiles and meeting hiring deadlines, building a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements, and maintaining compliance with client and US hiring standards.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to join our team and make a real impact in the staffing industry.Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).5+ years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment (Non-IT domains preferred).Strong knowledge of sourcing for blue-collar, skilled trades, and engineering roles.Familiarity with US job boards and recruitment practices.Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English).Knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, etc.).Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
