About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8–10 years of experience inbuilding and scaling modern web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strongleadership and management abilities with deep technical expertise in backend andfull -stack development. This role requires driving technical excellence, ensuring bestpractices, and leading a high -performing engineering team in delivering innovativesolutions aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities● Ensure the design and implementation of high -quality technical specificationsaligned with architectural guidelines.● Propose, implement, and enforce best programming practices across the team.● Provide technical leadership in , , TypeScript, Redis, Kafka,PostgreSQL, and containerized microservices.● Drive adoption of event -driven architectures, ensuring scalability andperformance.● Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate theminto technical solutions.● Act as a hands -on problem solver, monitoring and resolving support issues asneeded.● Apply Scrum/Kanban frameworks to maximize team performance, motivation,and quality.● Manage team/individual goals, track KPIs, and ensure healthy communicationwith Software Engineering stakeholders.● Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that may hinder the team's progress.● Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and guide the team in technical growth.Requirements Required Skills & Experience (Critical)● Strong management and leadership skills with proven experience leadingengineering teams. ● Expertise in , , and TypeScript.● Hands -on experience with Redis and event -driven architectures (Kafka, Redis,PostgreSQL).● Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration(Kubernetes).Highly Recommended● Proficiency in for front -end development.● Hands -on experience with CRM platforms.● A product -oriented mindset, with focus on user experience and businessoutcomes.Nice to Have● Familiarity with CRM systems.● Background in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and/or VoIP solutions.
