The role will focus, initially, on supporting the Apex Tigre Business Development team to find, analyse and maintain the Data for increase in sale and lead generation and acquisition of new customer. You will work closely with the sales team across all the regions and assist with the target/revenue achievement to meet the needs of the business stakeholders.You will be reporting to Head of Global Sales Intelligence | Real Estate Products within Apex Tigre Group.Apex Tigre office is in Mumbai, but we offer smart working, with some time working from home, as required.Key duties and responsibilitiesIdentify, collect, and build database from online research as per requirements.Use relevant keywords to search data online using various web resources.Email Discovery, Email Validation, Contact Details, Data Formatting and Data Cleansing.Qualitative & Quantitative Research helping the strategy team to plan tasksPresentation of the data collected in an outstanding mannerReview data daily to ensure its quality and integrity.Ability to look for innovative ways to search for and keep building databasesUnderstanding of using appropriate keywords for efficient research on the webExperience and skills:2+ years of prior experience in a similar roleSchooling in English Medium (compulsory)Excellent Communication skillsSkilled in IT – Microsoft software – Word, Excel etc. and good exposure / knowledge of InternetExposure in CRM Systems and / or Mass Mailing software is an added advantageAdditional information:We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability.
