Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Content Developer to join our team.The ideal candidate would have a strong background in technical writing, with experience in developing compliant and compelling proposal content. A technical/IT background or understanding is highly desired.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic response plans for customer proposals, focusing on delivering clear and concise content that meets the client's needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including capture leads, proposal managers, account teams, subject matter experts, and solution architects to develop high-quality proposal content.Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts and solution architects to gather information and craft compelling proposal sections.Translate complex technical solutions into easily understandable terms, ensuring seamless communication with clients.Manage content development to meet color review expectations and maintain compliance with RFx and proposal design standards.Work closely with the proposal manager to develop repositories of reusable content and other artifacts, maximizing efficiency and knowledge sharing within the organization.Requirements:Strong written communication skills and the ability to develop engaging and compliant proposal content.Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with subject matter experts and solution architects.Technical/IT background or understanding, with knowledge of industry trends and technologies.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
