Job DescriptionPumex is looking for a Content Writer to help tell our story to clients, partners, and talent communities across the globe.As part of our Marketing team, you'll create compelling content that showcases our expertise in software engineering, cloud services, AI & automation, and IT talent solutions.You'll turn complex technology and business offerings into clear, engaging, high-impact content that drives brand visibility and lead generation.Write high-quality long-form content: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pagesCreate engaging short-form content for social platformsSupport marketing campaigns, product launches, emails, and ad copyTranslate technical concepts into simple, compelling narrativesKey Responsibilities:• Research industry trends and competitors• Optimize content for SEO and work with digital tools to track performance• Collaborate with designers, developers, and SMEs to create impactful assets• Support internal communications and proposal content when neededRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:2–4 years experience in content writing (preferably B2B tech / IT services)Strong portfolio of published contentExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skillsAbility to break down technical subjects into accessible explainersKnowledge of SEO, keyword tools, and content performance metricsFamiliarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar toolsPreferred QualificationsThe following qualifications are highly desirable:Experience writing for IT consulting / software development companiesExposure to engineering, cloud, AI, or staffing industry contentEducationA Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field is required. Certifications in Digital Marketing or Content Strategy are a bonus.Work LocationThis is a remote position available only in India.
