Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated architectural designer to enhance our team's residential project portfolio.Support the design team in developing projects from concept through completion.Create and refine 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations.Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and schedules.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to translate feedback into design solutions.- Conduct site analysis and research zoning codes, and assist in permit submissions.- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.- Assist with interior layouts, material selections, and fixture specifications.- Prepare presentation materials for client review meetings.- Review shop drawings and submittals during construction administration.- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation.- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and design critiques.- Stay up-to-date on residential design trends, building technologies, and sustainable practices.RequirementsMandatory Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, experience with 3D modeling and rendering, strong communication skills.Nice to Have: Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM), proficiency in project management tools.About UsWe offer a collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and competitive compensation.
