Drive Growth as a User Acquisition StrategistAbout the RoleWe're seeking an expert User Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key player, you'll develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Snap to drive scalable, high-quality user acquisition.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to run high-impact campaigns, manage creative testing, and identify growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, creative-minded, and passionate about mobile gaming and performance marketing.Critical ResponsibilitiesDevelop Paid Social Strategies & ExecutionPlan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snap to drive high-quality user acquisition.Manage AEO, VO, and MAI campaigns with a focus on ROAS, retention metrics, and LTV-based optimization.Execute data-driven bidding, budgeting, and audience strategies to hit performance goals and reduce acquisition cost.Creative Testing & CollaborationBrief creative concepts, manage production cycles, and ensure delivery of performance-ready creatives.Analyze creative results to identify winning themes, hooks, and gameplay elements that drive conversions.Data Analysis & Performance ManagementMonitor daily performance metrics, diagnose fluctuations, and identify optimization opportunities.Build dashboards and reports to communicate trends, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.Key Qualifications2+ years of experience running paid social campaigns for mobile apps or games on Meta, TikTok, and Snap.Proven success managing AEO, VO, and MAI campaigns.Experience driving performance for ROAS-based campaigns, optimizing toward D1/D3/D7 return and LTV.Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and audience segmentation.Familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) and paid social platform attribution.
