Key Responsibilities:Install and configure AV systems including projectors, displays, video walls, speakers, microphones, and conferencing systems.Perform cabling, termination, and testing (HDMI, CAT6, XLR, Fiber, etc.).Assist in the integration of AV systems with control processors and IT networks.Support on-site implementation, testing, and commissioning of AV setups.Diagnose and resolve technical issues in AV systems.Coordinate with project engineers and sales teams to ensure successful execution.Maintain documentation of installations, configurations, and service reports.Provide post-installation support and client training when required.Skills & Requirements:Strong understanding of AV system components and signal flow.Knowledge of control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX) and conferencing solutions (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly, Logitech).Basic networking knowledge for AV-over-IP setups.Ability to read and understand schematics and layout drawings.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Willingness to travel to client sites for installation and support.Should be ready to work on Field.
