The large National and Global network of Amity Universities and Institutions provides immense opportunities for joint research and mobility.Amity University Noida invites application for the post of Manager-CRC (Corporate Resource Center) for Commerce & Management Domain.Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry Connect & PlacementsEstablish and strengthen partnerships with leading corporates, MNCs.Identify, invite, and coordinate recruiters for campus placements and internship drives.Ensure placement targets are achieved in alignment with institutional goals.Student Career DevelopmentGuide and mentor students on career planning, interview skills, resume building, and workplace readiness.Organize pre-placement training, workshops, and mock interviews.Facilitate internships, live projects, and industry visits, mid-term projectsCoordinate industry-academia interface activities such as guest lectures, seminars, and conclaves.Desired Skills, Experience & QualificationStrong corporate networking and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Knowledge of industry trends and hiring practices.Student mentoring and counseling skills.Proficiency in placement management systems, and digital platforms.Education: Master’s degree in related field.Experience: Min 8-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations & Placements.The candidate should ideally have experience from Universities/IndustryGood connection to place the students of B.B.A, B.Com. & M.Com.
