Product Development LeadJob Overview:The Product Owner will possess a deep understanding of Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability terms, as well as industry standards, business processes, and Ensemble's applications and information flow.They will analyze business needs, documenting them effectively.The incumbent will create process flows for the current and future state, breaking down business needs into features and stories backed by diagrams and documentation.They will communicate feature requirements to PM and Manager/Co-manager for peer review.The Product Owner will realize requirements, understand their value, and know the reasoning behind current prioritization.Managing and creating forward-looking product backlogs is a key responsibility.Prioritizing backlog items based on changing requirements is essential.The incumbent must think comprehensively to align non-functional (security, performance, etc) and reporting requirements with Functional features, ensuring holistic development.Collaboration across different verticals (ops-engineering-product-analytics-implementation) is necessary to seek feature-related feedback, understand dependencies, and resolve them.Working with offshore engineering teams during offshore hours to clarify business requirements is critical.Presenting requirements to the team during sprint planning, unblocking the engineering teams, and acting as a proxy PM are key responsibilities.Building high-level estimates, defining timelines, and adding features to the roadmap involves working with teams.Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development, to identify risks is essential.Monitoring and evaluating product development to mitigate risks is critical.Collaborating with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver updates is key.Participating in grooming, scrum meetings, and product sprints is essential.Performing feature acceptance and demonstrating deliverables to stakeholders are final responsibilities.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of Ensemble's applications and information flow.Benefits:A competitive salary package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A supportive and dynamic work environment.Others:Regular check-ins and progress updates.Opportunities for growth and advancement.A collaborative and inclusive team culture.
