NEET Vertical LeaderThis key leadership role is focused on spearheading the development and management of a comprehensive NEET vertical from inception to maturity.The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the NEET ecosystem, academic operations, and strategic planning. This individual will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to create engaging content, recruit and coordinate with subject matter experts, and oversee day-to-day operations to drive academic excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic plan for the NEET vertical, encompassing content creation, teacher management, and operational oversight.Plan and implement academic calendars, learning journeys, and course structures to meet student needs and exceed expectations.Design pricing, packaging, and scaling strategies for NEET batches to ensure business growth and sustainability.Identify, hire, and manage NEET faculty (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to deliver high-quality instruction.Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain question banks, notes, tests, and study modules that meet NEET standards.Maintain rigorous academic quality control to differentiate the program within the NEET ecosystem.Oversee the creation of lectures, DPPs, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses to provide students with a well-rounded learning experience.Work collaboratively with design, video, and tech teams to deliver an engaging and seamless learning experience.Innovate formats to enhance efficiency, such as micro-revisions, short theory capsules, and hybrid content.Manage daily operations, class schedules, doubt solving, and planning to ensure smooth execution.Ensure effective coordination between teachers, ops, tech, and student support teams to deliver exceptional student outcomes.Monitor academic progress, student feedback, and implement timely improvements to optimize results.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop launch campaigns and establish a strong NEET brand presence.Support YouTube integrations, ad strategies, and outreach initiatives to expand reach and engagement.Analyze student behavior to inform data-driven decisions and improve conversion and retention rates.Requirements:Profound understanding of the NEET exam pattern, syllabus, and student requirements.Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve academic excellence.Organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide stakeholders.Passionate about education and committed to driving student success.
