Who we are looking forGlobal Credit Finance (GCF) Loan Operations provides operational support to the GCF division of Markets and Financing. Loan Servicing Unit (LSU) Associate is needed to service credit facilities on the Bank's loan accounting system, process cash transfers and perform reconcilements.This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.Why this role is important to usThe team you will be joining plays an important role in the overall success of the organization. Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible forAs a Senior Associate you will:Review transactional documentation and process principal, interest and fee transactions on loan accounting systemInitiate cash movements via internal transfer and Fed wire/SWIFTReconcile general ledger/demand deposit accounts, document discrepancies timelyEducation & Preferred Qualifications7+ years of loan operations and servicing supportGeneral understanding of accountingProficiency with Microsoft Excel​Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under tight deadlinesPrior banking and/or lending knowledge beneficialAbout State StreetWhat we do.
