Job TitleAs a seasoned Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business decisions through actionable insights. You will lead key projects, implement new technologies, and fill a critical spot on the AI Task Force.Key Responsibilities:Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across e-commerce systems.Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights.Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs for e-commerce activities, including conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to understand behavior patterns and provide insights for targeted marketing.A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize website performance and marketing campaigns.Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor performance to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.Data Visualization: Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.Collaboration: Work closely with e-commerce, marketing, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives.Qualifications & Expertise:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis within e-commerce.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau, and data architecture.Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into clear insights.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.About This Opportunity:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Data Analyst.
