Strategic Digital Production LeadThe role involves overseeing the end-to-end production of digital assets, including static and interactive banners, HTML5 creatives, email campaigns, landing pages, microsites, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) prototypes, and motion graphics.Key responsibilities include partnering with global creative teams to translate ideas into scalable and high-quality deliverables, championing craft excellence, platform compliance, and performance-driven creativity. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of digital producers, developers, and designers, guiding them in handling integrated campaigns and mentoring junior staff members. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience in digital creative production, preferably in a global advertising or digital marketing network environment. This individual must possess exceptional leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and timely delivery of results.Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize workflows and reduce costs.Leadership Qualities:Effective leaders should possess a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 15 years of experience in digital creative production, preferably in a global advertising or digital marketing network environment, is required for this role. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
