Job Description:JOB SUMMARY: The ideal applicant will work with the partner, Conduct sales skill training which includes product launch training, agent inductions, new employee training etc. for all mapped channels (Agency, Banca, DST). This profile includes handling sales training for multiple branches & channels and will require to travel 7 – 10 days a month.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for cascading training programs across the Region, addressing requirements of Agency, Banca, TPD/NBFC, and DST Interacting with Regional leadership & understand expectationsEnabling internal & external stakeholders (employees and business partners) through the implementation of the training plan for all NBHI Employees/ Agents based in the assigned territory.Conduct knowledge & skill training which includes product launch training, agent inductions, new employee training etc for all mapped channels (Agency, Banca, DST)Tracking business performance across the channel, identifying productivity limiting gaps and supporting corrective action, through training and development.Providing additional on-the-job help and support to generate business through making sales pitch presentations and meeting individual customers etc.Initiate and run a project on impacting key business levers & enablers, and challenges.Checking the effectiveness of training delivery periodically, as per agreed formats/mechanisms.Acting as a nodal point for clarification of queries on rolled-out programs.MEASURES of SUCCESS:Impact of training on key business parametersProductivity of HICs & Managers/ Team LeadersCross Sell, Upsell & Renewal and Other parameters achievementMan days of training conductedProduct knowledge levels of all the trainees.Participant feedback, Customer survey ratingSatisfactory rating in all audits & compliance requirementsDesired Profile / Criteria / Skills :REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Graduate/MBA with 4-6 years experience, with 2-3 years in Training deliveryCandidate should be open to travel for 7 – 10 days a month to multiple branches & channels within the given region.Must have sales training experience & including joint field work.Experience in insurance or banking will be an added advantage.Should be currently in a Training delivery role.Good communication/presentation skillsProactive Planning and ability to execute flawlesslyRelationship building, working with and through others is a must.Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PPT
