Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Software Engineering Lead to lead the design and implementation of large-scale software applications using Java technologies.Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential.A strong understanding of Java and the Struts framework, with hands-on experience in developing web applications, is required.Hands on experience in Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies is also essential.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with clients, architects, and frontend developers to define integration with client back-end systems, determine implementation details, and realize those implementations.Lead the development team to deliver high-quality software applications on time and within budget.Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.Requirements:A minimum of 6+ years of development experience with proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role, preferably involving the Struts framework and Agile methodologies.Understanding of design patterns is mandatory.Experience with Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies is also required.You should have experience with Java EE, Maven, Spring, and other Java frameworks/open-source libraries.
