Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Camunda Developer with over 8 years of experience in business process automation and workflow management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Camunda BPM, as well as a strong background in software development and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement workflow automation using Camunda BPM.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain complex BPMN process flows, DMN decision tables, and CMMN case management models.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and define technical solutions.
  • Integrate Camunda workflows with various applications using REST, SOAP, and message queues.
  • Implement end-to-end process automation, including API development, orchestration, and process governance.
  • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure the smooth functionality of workflows and business processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot workflow executions, ensuring they meet SLAs and system performance standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and process guidelines.
  • Stay updated on new Camunda features and best practices, implementing them in the architecture as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Camunda BPM for at least 4+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN standards.
  • Proficiency in Java or another object-oriented programming language.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of integrating Camunda with databases (SQL, NoSQL), external services (REST/SOAP), and messaging systems (Kafka, JMS).
  • Familiarity with process engines and workflow optimizations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of process improvement through automation.
  • Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in deploying and managing Camunda processes on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
