Key Responsibilities:

· Retail and offtake Target for given FY is met on aspired lines.

· Monthly revenue collection from Channel Partners is met on expected lines.

· Process adherence at all channel partners.

· Seamless flow of products and services to end clients.

· Engagement with major key accounts on their purchase plan and ensure their retentions .

· Team management and Channel partners end, managing conflicts and right motivation to realize maximum potential from team.

· Gauge market pulse and strategize on proactive basis and communicate with senior management to ensure that we are prepared and at forefront to meet expected changes in market and hence realize best potential.

· Make efforts in positive direction for higher market coverage and visibility through all possible sources.

· Receiving feedback on product performance from clients and co-ordinate with after market team for timely and effective resolution of the same.

· Positioning and Channel Sales team to guard territory to ensure that we are present in all important hubs to attend to customer needs and its changing nature.

Activity planning and ensuring its adherence through team members to reach aspired goals.

Required Experience

Experience in #MHCV #HCV #HeavyCommercialVehicle is Mandatory

Experience in Team Handling

Experience in Customer Handling

Experience in dealership Management
