Wissen is currently hiring for the following position:


1. Identity/Access Management System Developer (IAM)


Hiring Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience: 5-7 years

Notice: Immediate


Experience:

5-7 years of experience in IAM roles.

Experience with role-based access control (RBAC), security policy implementation, and access management in enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience with directory services like Active Directory, Azure AD, AD Connect or other IAM solutions (Sailpoint, Okta, Identity Manager etc).

Experience with identity governance, access certification, and audit processes.

Skills:

Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, provisioning/de-provisioning, DHCP and DNS concepts.

Advanced troubleshooting skills for resolving access-related issues.

Knowledge of IAM automation, scripting (e.g., PowerShell), and tools like SailPoint, Okta, or equivalent.

Ability to perform security audits and access reviews.
