The User Experience Specialist will be responsible for creating visually engaging and intuitive interfaces, developing mockups, and collaborating with teams to enhance user experiences. Daily tasks will also involve designing user workflows, applying UX principles, and providing support for front-end development to ensure seamless user interactions.Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality icons, illustrations, and visual components that define the look and feel of our products.Develop and maintain consistent design systems and visual languages across platforms.Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product teams to ensure design consistency and quality.Contribute to brand and product storytelling through thoughtful visuals.Learn and experiment with interaction and motion principles to enhance design impact.Bring creativity, curiosity, and visual polish to every design detail.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, and color theory.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.Interest in learning micro-interactions, animation, or motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, Principle).Good collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional setups.A portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, iconography, and clean UI design.Nice to Have:Basic exposure to interaction or motion design principles.Experience creating game-inspired or playful visual concepts.Familiarity with brand identity design and marketing creatives.
