Antenna Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and fabricate antennas for various applications using simulation software and other tools.
- Analyze and optimize antenna performance by measuring and testing antenna characteristics such as gain, bandwidth, radiation pattern, and impedance.
- Validate antenna designs through field testing and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine antenna requirements for various applications.
- Create technical documents and reports, summarizing the antenna design, analysis, and testing results.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in antenna design.

Education and Experience:

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3-15 years of experience in antenna design and testing.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in simulation software such as HFSS, CST, or FEKO.
- Familiarity with antenna measurement equipment such as Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Antenna Ranges.
- Understanding of antenna fundamentals and electromagnetic field theory.
- Working knowledge of RF and Microwave components and circuits.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
