Job Summary:


As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be an integral part of our recruitment process. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles within the organization. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and experience working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Assist in sourcing candidates using various platforms (e.g., job boards, , social media, and talent databases).
  • Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates about interview schedules and follow-up.
  • Assist in preparing hiring managers with candidate profiles and interview guidelines.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Assist with preparing and sending candidate offer letters, as needed.
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and provide insights on sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining recruitment dashboards and performance tracking systems.
  • Provide administrative support for talent acquisition activities, including maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with job postings and manage incoming applications.


Key Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or recent graduate.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
