Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute a global partnership strategy aligned with company growth objectives.Identify, prioritize, and onboard high-value partners across education consultancies, universities, agents, and finance providers.Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for partnership verticals.Partner Acquisition & Onboarding:Lead partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding processes.Build frameworks for partner engagement, incentives, and co-marketing campaigns.Relationship Management & Enablement:Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners.Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.Provide partner training, enablement resources, and SOPs for effective student referral.Performance Tracking & Optimization:Define KPIs for partner performance.Track performance, provide insights, and refine partnership strategies.Report to leadership on partner performance and ROI.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.7–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships / business development / channel management (B2B).Analytical mindset with ability to drive data-informed decisions.Proven track record of acquiring and scaling high-value B2B partnerships.
