Project Management RoleJob Description:We are seeking an accomplished Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of one or more major technical projects in the global supply chain.Main Responsibilities:Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and task dependencies.Manage resources, including internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring all resource costs are accurately tracked.Identify, assess, and manage risks; oversee changes in scope or timeline and ensure all changes are reflected in the budget and project plans.Ensure all quality standards and non-functional requirements—such as security, performance, and scalability—are met.Facilitate cross-team collaboration and manage dependencies between projects.Lead agile or hybrid project delivery approaches where applicable, ensuring the proper conduct of agile ceremonies and effective backlog management.Provide regular status updates to executive sponsors, presenting both financial metrics and project outcomes.Mentor and lead less experienced project managers (for programme roles) and support the PMO or governance frameworks.The ideal candidate will have 12–14+ years of project and program management experience, with a proven track record in technology projects such as software delivery, systems integration, infrastructure, retail or supply chain technology.
