JOB DESCRIPTION- DRAFTSMANWe are hiring a detail-oriented and technically skilled Civil Draftsman to support the design of ground-mounted and rooftop solar PV systems for industrial, commercial, and utility-scale projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with civil and electrical design engineers to develop topographical integrations, PV layout plans, civil a using AutoCAD and related software.KEY RESPONSIBITIESPrepare site layout drawings including:Module mounting structures (MMS) foundation layoutPV layout planInverter and control room placementAC/DC Cable trench routingSwitchyard and transformer foundation drawingsAC & DC SLDsFencing and approach road layoutGenerate detailed civil GA drawings, plans and sectional views.Draft pile layout drawings, RCC pedestal details, and equipment foundation drawings.Update drawings as per site topography, survey data, and geotechnical reportsPrepare as-built drawings, good for construction drawings (GFC), and revisionsEnsure all drawings comply with:Relevant IS codes (IS 456, IS 800, etc.)Project-specific structural and electrical design normsCoordinate with site engineers, structural consultants, and project managersMaintain drawing control registers and document logs QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS-Educational BackgroundB.E. /Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering / Draftsmanship from a recognized instituteTechnical SkillsProficient in AutoCAD (2D) & SketchUp — mandatoryFamiliarity with MS OfficeExperience with:Ground-mounted solar layout principlesSurvey-to-drawing conversion using topographic mapsUrban planning & site development plansCivil BOQ preparation supportProfessional AttributesDetail-oriented and accurateAble to interpret civil and electrical design inputsStrong coordination and documentation skillsAbility to work under deadlines with minimal supervision COMPENSATION & BENEFITSBenefits:Provident Fund (PF)Health Insurance SCHEDULEDay Shift, Full Time, Permanent.Work Location: IndoreIndustry: Solar EPC/ Renewable Energy
