This roleoffers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to both direct and indirecttaxation in a corporate environment.Location: MaduraiStipend: As per industry standardsJoining: Immediate preferredWork Mode: Full-time, work from officeKey ResponsibilitiesIndirect Tax (GST):Preparation and timely filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other GST returns.Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with books of accounts.Coordinating with vendors to resolve input mismatches.Maintaining proper documentation for GST audits and departmental queries.Direct Tax (Income Tax & TDS):Assisting in tax computation and return preparation for individuals and entities.Performing Form 26AS reconciliation with books and TDS ledgers.Assisting in monthly and quarterly TDS return filing (Forms 24Q, 26Q, etc.).Preparation of TDS challans, tracking due dates, and ensuring timely compliance.Assisting in responding to income tax and TDS-related notices.General Responsibilities:Working closely with internal finance teams and external consultants.Maintaining up-to-date tax and compliance records.Supporting statutory audit and financial reporting requirements.Candidate Profile:CA Intermediate (Both Groups Cleared) — eligible for articleship training.Sound understanding of basic GST and Income Tax provisions.Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.Committed to full-time, office-based work and meeting compliance deadlines.
