Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller Admission Counselor to qualify leads and guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of educational institutions and prior experience working in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification:

  • Contact potential leads generated through various channels (website inquiries, marketing campaigns, social media, etc.).
  • Assess the needs and interests of prospective students and provide accurate information about the institution's offerings.

Counseling & Guidance:

  • Explain admission processes, eligibility criteria, course details, and fee structures.
  • Address inquiries from parents and students effectively and persuasively.

Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and move them through the admissions funnel.

Documentation Support:

  • Guide applicants in filling out forms and submitting necessary documents for admission.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless admission process.
  • Provide feedback on common questions or concerns to improve marketing and outreach strategies.

Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM or database system.
  • Track and report conversion metrics regularly.


Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in English & Telugu.
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Admission Counselor, or similar role in an educational institution.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector, including curriculum offerings, admission processes, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (as required).
  • Ability to persuade and influence prospective students and parents.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.


Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience handling large volumes of leads.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.


Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Work Hours: [9 AM - 6 PM] Monday to Saturday

Compensation: As per industry standards.
