DescriptionLiaise with multiple stakeholders to aid creation and implementation of new to bank processes with respect to Fintech PartnershipsProject manage the execution of the program once the deal has been signed off with the partiesCommunicate effectively with interrelated departments for query resolution and processing of documentsUnderstand the product key features, the documentation content and process involved for execution of the same ( e.g. approvals, submission of forms, records, etc)Ensure Cross functional alignment and drive execution from internal stakeholders like Credit, Operations, product teams, etc.Share data, insights and best practices from within the company and outside to constantly help improve the processes.Follow standardized processes and maintain TAT.Trouble shooting, solutioning and cost optimization of internal processesDeferral and exception ManagementBe updated on various policies and guidelines; changes in process and procedures & amendments that affect the working of the documentation.Job Requirements: MBA – Tier 1-2 collegeExperience: 1-3 years of experience in unsecured lending is requiredStrong verbal and written CommunicationRelationship Management Skill and understanding of riskAnalytical skills with the ability to drive insights for businessProcess oriented and eye-for-detailHigh focus on quality of work with an attitude to get the things doneAbility to get work done in conjunction with different teams"DELIGHT" • Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
