Job Title: Artificial Intelligence DeveloperAs a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and deploying innovative AI-powered workflows and applications that drive real user experiences.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and iterate cutting-edge LLM-powered workflows to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.Implement agent-based applications that plan, execute, and maintain state across tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.Build robust RAG pipelines for data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, and latency-optimized retrieval to support high-performance operations.Own the development and evaluation of prompts and their corresponding metrics to ensure safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, user-facing features that meet customer needs.Requirements:Proficiency in Python programming and experience with RESTful services, clean, tested code, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or custom.Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, or Llama, and vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or Qdrant.Strong understanding of agent patterns, workflow engines, and prompt design principles to ensure effective collaboration and innovation.Experience with cloud deployment, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and delivery.Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment and communicate complex technical ideas effectively.Strong debugging mindset and a bias towards shipping to deliver high-quality solutions on time.Nice-to-Have Skills:FastAPI or Flask for building scalable backend services; Celery or queues for distributed task execution; streaming UIs for interactive visualization.Model fine-tuning using LoRA, dataset curation, and prompt-cache strategies to enhance model performance and adaptability.Monitoring and tracing tools like OpenTelemetry, Weights & Biases, or LangSmith to ensure system reliability and optimize performance.Frontend basics in React or Next.js to collaborate on user experience and interface design.Data privacy, PII redaction, and security best practices to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance.
