Director of Data Analytics

One of our B2C portfolio companies is hyper-scaling, and they are now looking to hire a Director of Data Analytics to lead the team.ResponsibilitiesRedesign and optimize data models to support large-scale analytics and faster decision-makingDefine the tools and frameworks for data creation, transformation, and consumptionIntegrate behavioral and transactional data into structured, query-optimized flat tables that support diverse analytics use casesOwn analytics across mobile, web, marketing, product, and operations data streamsPartner with product, marketing, CRM, operations, and finance teams to ensure data is democratized and actionableEstablish data governance, quality standards, and best practicesDrive adoption of self-service analytics and empower teamsQualifications8 to 10 years of experience with at least 5 in data analytics leadershipStrong track record of running analytics across mobile, web, marketing, product, and operations data ecosystemsDeep technical expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems.Strong knowledge of modern data stack (SQL, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehouses like Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, BI tools like Looker/PowerBI/Tableau).Familiarity with machine learning workflows (data pipelines for ML, feature engineering, model monitoring) and ability to guide data scientistsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and culturally contextual environmentPrior experience with B2C products is an advantageA passion for the 1 to 10 journeyPlease apply to this role directly on .
