If you think like a designer and act like a product thinker — you’ll feel at home here. The Role We’re looking for a Product Designer who can blend design precision with creative storytelling. You’ll own end-to-end product design from concept to pixel-perfect delivery and play a key role in shaping how our users experience Recrivio’s digital products. What You’ll Do Design intuitive and scalable interfaces for our web and dashboard-based SaaS platforms. Create wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes in Figma . Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components. Collaborate closely with developers for smooth handoffs and seamless execution. Craft visually consistent marketing creatives — landing pages, social posts, and pitch decks. Ensure accessibility, clarity, and brand consistency across every screen. Translate abstract ideas into beautiful, functional designs that drive real impact. What You’ll Need UI/UX Design Strong fundamentals in usability, interaction design, and information architecture Expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Design Systems, Prototyping) Experience designing responsive dashboards and web apps Visual Design Adobe Photoshop - image editing, compositing, and UI visuals Adobe Illustrator - icons, illustrations, and brand assets After Effects / Premiere Pro - motion graphics or micro-interactions (nice to have) Strong grip on typography, color systems, and brand storytelling Collaboration Tools like Notion / Linear / Jira for workflows Figma Inspect / Zeplin for developer handoff Slack / Teams for day-to-day collaboration Bonus Points Experience designing SaaS or HRTech products Familiarity with Framer , Webflow , or Wix Studio for rapid prototyping Understanding of basic HTML/CSS for better design-to-dev collaboration Why Recrivio Design core products that power enterprise-grade users globally.
