Ad Operations CoordinatorWe're seeking a highly skilled Ad Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for working with data.In this role, you will play a key part in the setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting of advertising campaigns across our podcast network. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate campaign setup, timely deliverables, and seamless communication with our clients.To succeed in this position, you'll need to have a solid understanding of ad operations principles, excellent analytical skills, and strong attention to detail. You should also be comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, charts, and forecasting tools.Responsibilities:Campaign Setup & Execution: Set up new advertising campaigns, ensuring all targeting, pacing, and scheduling parameters are accurate.Campaign Optimization: Review campaign performance regularly and suggest optimizations to improve delivery, pacing, and impression fulfillment.Inventory & Forecasting Support: Maintain accurate records of available ad placements and fill rates across assigned shows.Reporting: Prepare detailed post-campaign reports, ensuring accuracy in impression counts, pacing, and performance metrics.Requirements:3 years of experience in Ad Operations (podcast industry experience is a plus).Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, charts, and forecasting tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex processes accurately.Self-starter who works independently and brings solutions—not problems.Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues and deliver excellence to both clients and podcasters.Benefits:Competitive salary.Flexible PTO.Remote work environment.Healthcare benefits.Professional development reimbursements (books, courses, certifications).Optional US or local holiday calendar.Paid family leave.Opportunities for advancement as the department scales.About Us:Our company collaborates with top influencers and podcasters to help them expand their online presence and monetize their content.
